• Documentation platform setup (Next.js 16 + Fumadocs + Tailwind).
• Information architecture and page tree navigation.
• Reusable architectural diagram and invariant components.
• Frontmatter validation and documentation linter (npm run docs:lint).

Phase 2: Architecture & Codebase Documentation (Upcoming)

• Inspect production Supabase schema and extract table/view documentation.
• Document all PL/pgSQL RPC signatures and return schemas.
• Document Flutter/FlutterFlow mobile architecture, state, and custom actions.
• Document Edge Functions, background workers, and Google Calendar sync engine.
• Formalize C4 architecture models from real system source code.
