2. Class Status Indicators

• Regular Slot: Standard scheduled institutional lecture.
• Plus Slot: Dedicated tutorial, discussion, or problem-solving session (is_plus_slot = true).
• Extra Class: Compensatory session scheduled outside recurring hours (is_extra_class = true).
• Cancelled: Clearly marked with cancellation reasons to save students unnecessary trips to campus.

3. Community Cancellation Reports

When a professor announces a cancellation in class or via group chat:

• Students can report the cancellation via the "Report Cancelled" action.
• When verified, the slot is marked cancelled across the entire batch, updating timetables and suppressing upcoming notifications.
